Why answers occasionally differ
Lilith updates Knowledge Plaza periodically, sometimes changing the canonical answer for older questions. We resync after each major patch but mismatches happen. When in doubt, trust your in-game answer over the archive and report the discrepancy.

- No. Knowledge Plaza is a public-facing event and there is no rule against external reference material. Many alliance players keep similar lookup sheets.
- Why is the search case-insensitive?
- Player keyboards across regions vary. Lowercasing both query and stored question gives consistent matches without forcing a particular input style.
