A few tiles flash blue for just over a second and then go dark. Find them all to move up a level. Every level adds one more tile to remember, and the grid grows from 3×3 as you go. Three wrong taps in a level costs you a life, and you get three lives in total.
What is visual memory?
It’s your ability to hold shapes, positions and layouts in mind for a short time. You lean on it more than you’d think: remembering where you parked, finding your place on a page, or following a map you glanced at once.
Where do people usually land?
Most people start slipping around levels 4 to 6. Reaching level 10 is a strong result and 13+ is top tier. Focus and fatigue swing the results a lot, so play a few rounds and go by your best.
How to push your score
Don’t count tiles one by one. See the lit tiles as a single shape and give it a name, like “an L with one in the corner.” A wrong tap doesn’t end the level immediately, so stay calm and replay the picture in your head.
FAQ
- How long do the tiles stay lit?
- About 1.2 seconds on every level. The time stays the same; only the number of tiles goes up.
- Does one mistake end the game?
- No. You can miss twice per level; the third miss costs a life and you replay the level with a new pattern.
